Affirmations

Affirmations are true once we follow through with the plan written for our personal success.

Around this time every year many are making affirmations. What are yours? Is it to love you unconditionally realizing that the ying and yang of you will create balance?

Words are very powerful. If negative words/thoughts can affect a glass of water, imagine what they will do to the human body.

Many of us are trained to think negative. When we fail we sometimes say things that diminish our chances of succeeding. We have to resist negative thoughts to enjoy positive results.

What about our passion? Will we light the fire within? We can no longer tell ourselves that we can’t do something. The human brain is amazing. When we remove the false emotion of fear and begin to love openly we see our true capability.

Do you like the reflection in the mirror, in loved ones, in society? Do you affirm to be a better citizen and contribute to community? Will this year make you less selfish and more selfless? Will you learn, laugh, love, live?

Are our affirmations based in religion, spirituality or reality? Is there a difference? Do we rely on others to determine our outcome?

Do we realize the miracle that created our life? One chance to fertilize and our sperm won out of millions. We made it to this planet. We lived this long. What miracles will we allow ourselves to experience now?

We won’t leave this planet wishing we did but didn’t.
We won’t leave this planet being envious of others. We won’t leave this life waiting for the next lifetime to do what we wish we could but didn’t.

Affirm that we will live our dreams by putting one foot in front of the other. Affirm that we will love self (the God in you). Affirm that we will be the best we can be. The souls within us deserve the chance to shine. Will we let it?

Affirmations are true once we follow through with the plan written for our personal success. Can we think positive consistently?
